My first order was very good, which is why I ordered for the second time. This time the quality of some plants delivered was extremely poor. The anthurium came in poor shape and in such wet soil that it was gone in 2 days. The Alternanthera bettzickia was maybe a cm tall and already looked like it was dying. They replaced with a philodendron birkin that also arrived in over wet soil with brown spots on leaves and a weed growing in it. The peperomias were absolutely fine. The philodendron brasil didn’t have the characteristic bright green/ yellow variegation. It has two shades of green but is not as bright or contrasting.Their customer service is responsive but does not understand the issue. Their answer for the wet soil was that they water the plant so it does not need watering for 3-4 days. But I had not watered these plants at all and they were too wet to begin with. Will not be ordering again.

It’s my 2nd time to order from them online and they deliver fast, they’re professional and has good customer service. The plants, pots and soil are of good quality as well. Highly recommended. Would love to order again and again.

They are fast in delivery, I order editing I ordered 2 times online and was OK, but this time I ordered ixora plant and received ixora Chinese, and I ordered Alternanthera bettzickiana plant but the one I received not as the photo.

I had an issue with the 3 plants when I ordered them but they replaced them immediately next day with much more beautiful plants. The price is also reasonable!!! Zannia and Tomato.I was told by the delivery staff that I should have called and they would be happy to replace the plant.I appreciate this kind of attitude.I will buy again fro them.This was my third purchase in 3 months

I was excited to order from SRS as they had quite good reviews and someone recommended them to me. The delivery was fast and the plants were bigger than described, which is good.However, I noticed straight away some brown spots on the monstera deliciosa, which the guy just brushed off by pointing out the new leaves growing and kinda played dumb. So I just accepted the delivery in the end, thinking that maybe it wasn’t in fact a big deal.Slowly the spots grew bigger and took over other leaves, so I had to chop them off and up to now, a month later, I’m still monitoring the situation. If it was just that, fine, it happens. But even the other two plants are dropping their leaves quite rapidly to what is clearly now a fungus and I don’t even keep all these plants next to each other.I can’t believe that 3 plants out of 3 were sick from the beginning! They’re still alive for now, but it’s a struggle and I’m very disappointed.

In fact, its thanks to their quality service that has added value to my passion for gardening.My only issue is some flowering, fruiting and herbs I need are not available in their online store. Would request them to add some.Even weeks later post delivering a plant, they provide free plant care services. For instance, I had snail infestation in rose plant and they sent a personnel n fixed the issue for free! Im very happy with the affordable rates and quality soil and plants they provide. Indoor plants delivered are of good quality , I have always received fresh healthy plants worth the price . In fact I would rate 5 /5 for quality of plants and their quick service .But not satisfied with out door plants .both Bougainvillea and jasmine plant I received today seem less fresh.3 stars is for outdoor plants .

Ordered the philodendron Zanadu and the Alocasia polly both plants are a lot smaller than advertised. The ad says 30 cms but they are hardly taller than 15-20 cms. My last order had the same issue, i tried to get in touch with the company to change the plant and nobody ever got back to me.

Gave order for cyclamen white & received cyclamen pink ... Fittonia red was in bad condition... the Calathea red leaves were dry ... peace Lilly had no flowers on it .. pic of peace lily on website shows blooms ... at least 1 bloom should be there on the product delivered ..

No communication received after placing the order. Delivered after 7-8 days without prior information. Some plants were too small than what it showed while ordering. Some cheaper ones were not delivered and china doll I received was not what I ordered. Not a good experience and possibly won’t try again from them.

Both plants had spiders in them,they looked lifeless,I had to throw away one of them and kept the Areca palm,very bad experience!

I bought 2 plants.the big one OK. the small one almost died. 3 of the leaves cut. because both plants ate not wrapped with paper or cellophane. also website is not updated. their FB posting plants, you check website no plants.

It is cheap compared to any other online shops. There are lot many plants for very reasonable price. I bought couple of plants however not all plants were great. All flowers were dried out and leaves were starting to dry out when the Indoor Jasmine was delivered and two of the plants started to dry within a week. However satisfied with price they give.

I bought 12 plants on 15 December. Plants had worms which ate the leaves and also ruined my older plants.

I recently ordered 5 plants and various gardening accessories, and they were delivered to my place in Abu Dhabi within 2 days. The plants were absolutely gorgeous (larger than I had expected, and even the more delicate ones were in perfect condition and with very healthy foilage). Got myself a monstera deliciousa from Spring Rose Souq and was very satisfied with my purchase. They first delivered a different but made sure to deliver the correct one on the same day which I was not expecting at all. Excellent service! Horrible customer service. I have been waiting for more than a week for my order and on their site it says it takes max two days for deliveries in Dubai. Their customer service agent on WhatsApp said it was going to arrive today but nothing, and now they are online and they dont even reply. Dont bother buying anything from their site.
